Demand Chubb stop insuring methane terminals before March 14th!
Methane gas (LNG) export terminals are sinking fishing families across Southwest Louisiana. Calcasieu Pass LNG and Cameron LNG are poisoning the air, making people sick, destroying their livelihoods, and cooking our shared climate.
But fisherfolk are fighting back – calling out the companies behind these terminals, including major insurer, Chubb. The insurance policies are about to expire for these facilities (Calcasieu Pass LNG in March and Cameron LNG in June), making it a critical time to pressure Chubb to not renew their coverage. Remember, without insurance, these facilities can’t operate.
Take action in solidarity with fisherfolk by emailing Chubb’s Board, calling on them to be climate leaders by listening to communities and dropping these toxic methane terminals now!
